Are pets allowed?

Pets are generally allowed on a case by case basis. No exotic animals or large aquariums. No dangerous breed dogs allowed.

Who is responsible for utilities?

Tenants on all our properties are responsible for utilities, as well as general exterior maintenance like snow removal and lawn care.

What are the lease length requirements?

Pure ventures is exclusively a long-term rental company. Our minimum leases are 9 months.

Something is broken. What do I do?

We pride ourselves on our fast maintenance response times & preventative repairs. You have multiple options to contact us when something breaks, either through Avail.com, our online platform we use, or through the contact info in the welcome packet.

Is Smoking allowed on the properties?

No, no smoking is allowed on any Pure Ventures properties. This includes vaping and marijuana.
