Quentin Kopp
Hi, I’m Quentin. My wife Breann and I live in Stevensville, Michigan. We welcomed our first child, Arlo, in November 2024. I’m passionate about real estate and serve as your direct point of contact for property showings, maintenance, and anything in between. I take pride in being responsive, hands-on, and easy to work with.
I graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2022 and launched a successful mobile auto detailing business in Carmel, Indiana—where we were originally based. That experience sharpened my attention to detail, which I now bring into every property we manage.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors, enjoying the lake, or spending time with my family—my most important role of all is being a dad.
Tim Kopp
Hi, I’m Tim. After building my career with leadership roles at Coca-Cola and ExactTarget, I’ve shifted my focus toward investing in businesses, mentoring leaders, and building great businesses. Now, I focus my time on advising and investing in businesses while also pursuing my long-time passion for real estate. I enjoy helping ideas take shape—whether that’s a new company or a property with potential.
My wife and I recently made Union Pier our permanent home after years of visiting. We’ve fallen in love with SW Michigan and becoming a new grandfather has made it all the more special.
