Quentin Kopp

Hi, I’m Quentin. My wife and I live locally, and we welcomed our first child, Arlo, in November 2024. I manage our properties directly and serve as the main point of contact for showings, maintenance, and everything in between.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoor and with my family at the lake or hiking.

Tim Kopp

Hi, I’m Tim. After building my career with leadership roles at Coca-Cola and ExactTarget, I’ve shifted my focus toward investing in businesses, mentoring leaders, and building great businesses. Now, I focus my time on advising and investing in businesses while also pursuing my long-time passion for real estate. I enjoy helping ideas take shape—whether that’s a new company or a property with potential.

My wife and I recently made Union Pier our permanent home after years of visiting. We’ve fallen in love with SW Michigan and becoming a new grandfather has made it all the more special.
